HKS’s trained customer service staff assist shipper in every step of the way. Booking information is directly keyed into our computerized system. Critical information, such as required temperature and ventilation is always verified to ensure that critical conditions suit the type of commodity being shipped.

Loading-Unloading Location

Hagajaya KS. always prepares professional technicians to escort the containers since departing the depot or port to loading on unloading location. Every technician will be equipped with Pager communication device to enable you to get all the information about the product’s condition every time.

After in Port Terminal

HKS always has professional technicians in almost every port area to keep watching and monitor the temperature conditions from time to time.

Pre-Trip Inspection

To ensure that each refrigerated container is in a good working condition, HKS’ professional technicians conduct a stringent pre-trip inspection (PTI) for each container before it is released. The inspection ensures that the container is clean and all parts are in good order. The inspection also included a running test of the specified temperature with minimum 2 (two) hours before delivered.

Documentation and Information System

We data every handling procedure activities, witnessed and signed by all staff involved in the product loading and unloading activities. We attached the data gathered in the report to our customers.

We are running our daily activities by a solid team working between Indoor and outdoor staffs by using our integral documentation system that have internationally standard form and report that using ever since Job Order taken right after the destination touches. Completed by the monitoring record on board that makes every parties related enable to do a future trace and track if something going wrong in product distribution process.
